欢迎使用妙系列产品。
本服务条款由杭州缪棵文化科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）制定，适用于妙幕（Milmu）、妙幕编辑器（Milmu Editor）、妙影（Milux）、妙响（Milson）以及相关网站与在线服务。
使用我们的产品或创建账号，即表示您接受本条款及适用的隐私政策。
1. 产品与服务
妙系列为戏剧及其他创作活动提供软件工具，包括剧本编辑、字幕、音频及影像相关功能。
我们致力于提供本地优先、易于使用且尊重创作者自主权的软件。
各产品的具体功能以实际发布版本为准。部分功能可能需要互联网连接、第三方服务或兼容设备。
2. 软件授权与免费使用
妙系列目前免费提供软件本体。我们授予用户一项非独占、非转让的许可，允许用户在遵守本条款的前提下安装和使用软件。
如未来提供独立收费的云端功能或增值服务，我们将在用户购买或启用前明确说明收费标准及适用条件。任何新增收费不会自动对用户已经取得的合法权益追溯生效。
第三方 AI、云服务及其他独立服务提供商收取的费用，不包含在妙系列免费软件许可之内。
3. 用户账号
部分功能可能要求用户使用微信、Google、Apple 或其他已启用的身份认证方式登录。
用户应合理保护自己的账号安全，不得恶意批量注册账号、滥用服务资源或干扰正常运营。
我们有权在具备合理依据且符合法律规定的情况下，对存在安全风险或严重违反本条款的账号采取适当限制措施。
用户可以通过产品提供的功能注销账号。账号相关个人数据的处理与删除依照《妙系列隐私政策》执行。
4. 用户内容与知识产权
用户保留其自行创作或依法拥有的剧本、字幕、音频、影像和其他内容的相关权利。
使用妙系列不会使我们自动取得这些创作内容的所有权。
我们仅在提供用户主动请求的功能所必需的范围内处理相关内容，不会在未经授权的情况下将用户私人创作内容用于广告宣传或 AI 模型训练。
妙系列软件、品牌名称、商标、界面设计及相关程序代码的权利归我们或相应权利人所有。未经授权，不得侵犯相关知识产权。
5. 第三方 AI 与外部服务
妙系列可能提供与第三方 AI 服务交互的功能，包括用户自行配置 API 密钥（BYOK）或使用已订阅的网页 AI 服务。
这些第三方服务由各自的提供者独立运营。用户应遵守相关服务商的使用条款、隐私政策及收费规则。
在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不对独立第三方服务的可用性、输出内容或收费行为承担其应自行承担的责任，但不排除我们依法应承担的责任。
6. 合理使用
用户不得利用妙系列从事违法活动，不得故意破坏系统安全、未经授权访问他人账号，或实施影响其他用户正常使用的恶意行为。
用户应确保自己有权使用、编辑或处理所导入的作品，并对其使用行为承担相应责任。
7. 服务可用性与更新
我们可能为修复问题、改善功能或维护安全而发布软件更新。
互联网服务可能因维护、网络环境或第三方平台故障而出现暂时中断。我们将合理努力维持服务的正常运行，但无法承诺所有在线功能永久不间断。
本条款不排除法律规定不得免除的产品责任或消费者权利。
8. 收费及退款
妙系列当前提供的软件本体为免费产品，因此不涉及软件本体购买退款。
若未来推出收费服务，我们将在购买前明确告知价格、服务内容、取消方式及适用的退款规则，并遵守相关法律对消费者的保护要求。
用户自行购买的第三方服务或 API 额度，其退款事宜由对应服务提供者根据适用条款处理。
9. 适用法律与争议处理
本条款原则上适用中华人民共和国法律，但不限制用户依据其所在地适用的强制性消费者保护法律所享有的权利。
如发生争议，双方应首先尝试友好协商；无法解决的，依适用法律确定有管辖权的争议解决机构。
10. 条款变更
我们可能随着产品发展更新本条款。对于可能实质影响用户权利的变更，我们将在网站或产品内提前给予适当通知。

Welcome to the Milkuya product suite.
These Terms of Service govern your use of software and related online services provided by 杭州缪棵文化科技有限公司 (Hangzhou Miuke Culture & Technology Co., Ltd., referred to as "we", "us", or "our").
Our products include Milmu, Milmu Editor, Milux, and Milson.
By using our products or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.
1. Our Products
Milkuya provides software tools for theatre and creative work, including script editing, captioning, audio, and visual production.
Our products are designed around local-first functionality, usability, and creative independence.
Available features may vary by product and version. Some features may require internet connectivity, third-party services, or compatible hardware.
2. Free Software and Licensing
The Milkuya software applications are currently offered free of charge.
We grant users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our software in accordance with these Terms.
If we introduce separately priced cloud features or optional services in the future, applicable prices and conditions will be disclosed before purchase or activation. New charges will not retroactively alter rights users have already lawfully obtained.
Fees charged by independent AI providers, cloud providers, or other third-party services are not included in our free software license.
3. User Accounts
Certain features may require authentication through Google, Apple, WeChat, or other enabled sign-in methods.
Users are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect their accounts.
Automated account abuse, deliberate service disruption, unauthorized access, and other malicious activities are prohibited.
Where reasonably justified and legally permitted, we may impose proportionate restrictions on accounts involved in serious violations or security threats.
Users may delete their accounts through the available account management features. Personal data deletion is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Your Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of, or your existing legal rights in, the scripts, subtitles, audio, video, and other creative content you produce or lawfully control.
Using Milkuya does not transfer ownership of your creative work to us.
We process user content only as necessary to provide features explicitly requested by the user. We will not use private creative content for advertising or AI model training without authorization.
Our software, trademarks, branding, interface designs, and source code remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
5. Third-Party AI and External Services
Milkuya may provide tools that enable users to interact with independently operated AI services, including through their own API keys (BYOK) or existing web AI subscriptions.
Such third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and pricing arrangements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for obligations belonging to independent third-party providers, including their service availability, generated outputs, or billing practices. This does not exclude any liability we are legally required to bear.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not use Milkuya for unlawful purposes, compromise service security, access other users' accounts without authorization, or deliberately interfere with the service.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to import, edit, or process their content.
7. Availability and Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality, fix problems, or maintain security.
Online services may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity issues, or third-party failures. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of all online features.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Pricing and Refunds
Milkuya software applications are currently provided free of charge, so no purchase refunds apply to the software itself.
If paid services are introduced, we will disclose prices, service details, cancellation conditions, and applicable refund policies before purchase, in accordance with relevant consumer protection laws.
Refunds for independently purchased third-party AI subscriptions or API services are subject to the applicable provider's terms and the law.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable laws in the user's country of residence.
Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, jurisdiction will be determined under applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as our products evolve. We will provide appropriate advance notice of material changes affecting users' rights through our website or products.
